no i was on the internet turned it off took about 3mins to turn off, turned it on this morning come up with the blue screen of death, i pressed circle it booted up fine, but i read that it ONLY happens when adjusting firmwire (oe) OR running homebrew applications but i cant im on 3.51, also a fourm post said because off the BLUE screen of death some off my psp's functions wont work!!! HELP PLEASE!!
Anyway I guess you must have done something that the psp did not agree with, and since it is not happening again, thats great.
You must have done something with the flash, this is from wikipedia.
"On the PlayStation Portable, when the "flash1:\" directory becomes corrupted, it displays the "BSOD", prompting you to reset its system to the default factory settings. There is also a "RSoD", very rare, when the flash0:\ directory is corrupted. An error resulting in an RSoD is usually unfixable. This usually only occurs when someone attempts to alter the firmware on the PSP."
Sometimes BSODs can still happen on official firmware, it doesn't mean anything, everything will still work like it did. Your PSP just messed itself up somehow, but now it's fine.
