I think he meant he couldn't find the CFW in the application that zooom1834 linked to.

You could always try the steps below.

Download the RECOVERY FOLDER from HERE

I would first format your memory stick to make sure you have no files on the MS that could screw it up more.

Connect PSP to PC via USB.

UnRAR the files.

Execute the Recovery.exe file and extract it to your PSP Drive. Choose to overwrite if it asks.

Example: I have

A: FLOPPY
C: HDD
D: HDD
E: DVD BURNER
F: PSP (when hooked up via USB)

I would extract the files to F:

Now turn off your PSP. Hold down the right trigger and keep it down while turning on the PSP. You should boot into the recovery mode. If the recovery menu doesn't come up you might have to hit the brightness button till it shows.

When the recovery menu comes up, choose "Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP".

Then follow the on screen instructions.

You should now be at 1.50 again.

It's CAKE. Larry provided A perfect download. All you do is when you get the RECOVERY FOLDER throw on the desktop. Toggle USB. Go to PSP
>>GAME>> and put in the [recovery folder] ... Go into recovery if your not in their yet and i believe its the 3rd down where it says " Run program at /psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp i believe and HIT X on that. You have to be atleast at 75% battery life to run this. Read what it says and your easily back at 1.50. I recommend going straight to 3.52 m33 and you can decide to stay there or go install the m33-4 update which only takes less than a minute to do.
