OK i am getting somewhere now but the only problem: it tells me where to put everything EXCEPT eloader folder and utils folder?

You discust me! Downgrade your PSP to 1.50 (Official) and put a real CFM like 3.52 M33-4 on it! With the release of Pandora's Battery, there no NO ESCUSE TO NOT DOWNGRADE AND INSTALL CFM! Don't you people read? Stop with the crap emulators, get the real deal with CFM.
