Can a Magic Memory Stick be used as a normal memory stick after being created. I mean, can't you just create the Magic Memory Stick, use it, back up the Magic Memory Stick, deep format the memory stick and have it be used as a normal memory stick? Then if you brick, you just use something to read the memory stick and place the files that you backed up from the Magic Memory Stick onto the memory stick, then you use the memory stick with the backed up Magic Memory Stick files and Jigkick battery to unbrick your PSP. Please answer this question if you can. I have another question. When you usee the Jigkick battery to get to the subset 1.5 firmware, can you upgrade straight to custom firmware or do you have to upgrade to 2.0, then downgrade to 1.5, then upgrade to custom firmware?

Thanks

Thanks. As soon as my battery is done charging, I'm going to backup my memory stick and create the damn battery.

the 1.50 firmware that u get after unbricking/downgrading will be only a subbset, u can install the 1.50 firmware directly u don't need to upgrade to 2.0 and downgrade to 1.50

Well, I tried creating the Pandora battery. It failed. As soon as I put in the battery, the PSP turns on automatically but I just get a blank screen. The PSP screen light doesn't even turn on. But anyways, I downgraded then upgraded to custom firmware.
