Yes you can, but 3.40 OE-A is the best and most stable one... so there is NO NEED for downgrading, anyways you just upgrade to 3.50 SONY and then downgrade with the 3.50 downgrader and LUMINES game

OMG why would you update to 3.50 sony firmware. Just use the Recovery mode and recover back to 1.50

Shuck, sorry for the wrong tip, I just remember I had problems with a friends PSP, it was jumping from 3.40 to 1.50 in a matter of minutes, so we left it on 1.50 and then upgraded to 3.52 m33 so yes, just go back to 1.50 and then upgrade! You are good to go!

go to psp-hacks.com and get the 2.7 coustom firmware and there will be a downgrader for all oe firmwares.
