i have a 3.11 psp, how can i upgrade to 3.40 OE-A and is that good? can 3.40 OE-A run sens enulator with no games? or should i just wait for the 3.11 downgrade? if it is possible to get the emu on 3.11 without gta, or upgrade to 3.40 OE-A and run the emu, plz let me kno and what step i need to take

When you have CFW you will not need anything to downgrade.
But I reccomend upgrading to M33.
OE is out M33 is in!

And don't say M33 is unstable...
It's no different if Dark~AleX released 3.52 OE.
