Need help from people with Singstar POP NTSC

If you have the NTSC version of Singstar POP (light blue cover) please PM me I need some help from you.

My problem is I cannot get a file I need off of the disk because it has a small scratch.

I need PAK_IOP1.PAK on the disk. It is SCUS_975.80.

All the other files I got OK, but plain copying doesn't work, DVD Decrypter nor ISO buster won't work to get that file to my C drive.
