GTA Vice City Stories 80020130 error... help?

Heya,

I'm trying to play GTA Vice City Stories on my PSP Firmware 3.40 OE-A... it keeps giving me this 80020130 error. I've looked around and found that it's a file read error but I get the same error after trying it on 3 different rips. Oh yes also it's a RIP of the game I'm playing off my memstick. I tried formatting the memstick but the problem persists.

I'm new to the whole PSP scene but I am worried about bricking this thing so any help would be HUGELY appreciated... I pretty much got this thing mainly for GTA but am loving the emulators and ability to convert and watch tv shows and movies.

Thanks in advance! I hope I didn't forget any information.

because the game has been ripped and you dont know what has been taken out it might just be a bad iso you have. if you can play the full unripped iso go here and take a look for a rip kit for the game and rip what you need to from it

Ok I tried a full unripped iso and I got the same error again. Any ideas? I figured it must have to do with the settings somehow.
But I don't know much.. it took me this long just to get the unripped iso haha.

But yeah, same error :\
