Converted Master Codes don't work with Swap Magic Coder

I'm trying to convert Codebreaker codes to work with Swap Magic Coder. I am using both CB2Crypt and MaxConvert to achieve this task. However, the master codes I come up with seem to keep the game from starting up. Here's what I'm doing:

Rogue Galaxy Master Code:
9AD045D8 ED812BE1 (Code Breaker v7+)

Coverted with CB2crypt w/"Use Common v7 encryption" on
595ADDFD 25725ED6
(I'm guessing this is now "Raw")

Converted from Raw to AR2v1/GS2v1
95CD5E25 376411F3

I also do my other codes these way, as per a guide I found on here. Unfortunately, it seems that this makes it where my copy of Rogue Galaxy won't boot up.

I'm pretty sure it's the master code, because I had the same problem with Xenosaga 2, but when I used the master code that was already on the Coder disk, the other cheat codes (non-master) worked like a charm after I converted them.

Any ideas?
