well the other day i messed my pc up by installing linux so what i did was try to return it back 2 xp so i used fdisk then i had to install a a fake xp from a mate to restore it but the fing is ive just found a set of recovery cds for my pc but when i try lodin them in start up of pc it says that the disks are now for my compaq presario does any one no how ton get round this how to make the pc back to factory settings

it might be best to do a fresh install with xp
