I have 3.40 oe (as does my friend who can get popsation to work) but I can't get PS1 games to work and save! I have original PS1 discs mostly PAL versions and I'm currently trying to get Hogs of War to play.
Dr Pop (mentioned on this forum in February never to be spoken of again); The game plays for a bit then goes black on a loading screen, can't save game and other programmed reccommended for png icons corrupts the EBOOT entirely.
Popstation/Popsconverter; Tried to make image with img burn (no dice). make image with alcohol then make iso with img burn (dice!). Making the eboot and keys files with any of the popstations is fine except NONE of them play atall regardless of compression size I choose. Clone DVD yealds similar results.
I have trawled the forums and not found the answer so please, if there's something I'm missing (very possible) or you know of a way to achieve this "simple" task I would be extremely grateful for you help.
Last night I downloaded the all singing all dancing version of Popstation from psphacks website, it came with yet another image maker.
This time it all worked a treat, it will switch PALs to NTSC and let you put jpegs on as icons, I even repaired a faulty EBOOT I have for Tenchu (Look at me I'm flying!). Hogs of war, however, will still not save OR go past the 2nd mission, I'm starting to think the disc itself may be at fault.
Is there anywhere I can go to download it? Preferably not a torrent but an actual file (ISO, EBOOT I assume it's not illegal since I own it already) ...dammit I just love those little piggies!
PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)
PS3 3.01 - iPod Touch 2G 16GB Jailbroken - Xbox 360 60GB - PC, Q6600, 3GB DDR2, GTX260 (216) 896MB
Ah In that case a torrent shall be fine. It's just knowing where to look.
Obviously you can't give me direct links but clues and rhyming games are fun.
