I've read pretty much every thread I could...googled searched for P2K drivers and software, live updated MPT, followed instructions down to a friggen T...and still the MPT is stuck on "initializing" and also says "phone image not avaliable".

Motorola USB Modem is recognized in the Device Manager...

I am using Windows Vista now, but it is still no different on my other computer which has XP SP2. Anyone have any updated links where I can get this P2K drivers stuff?

Also, any other advise on what I can do? Just did another update to v3.30
