Swap Magic 3.6 Plus....issues.

When I put in the DVD, nothing else appears on the screen except for the Swap Magic 3.6 title page, there is no menus or anything else. How can I load my backups.....?

Also, all original games are working 100% effectively....I tried the CD version of it as well, no luck there either!!!....

My ps2 version is SCPH-500001. How can I get these working!! :(

I've got this error before, make sure you have a controller plugged in and working. Maybe your controller has stopped working which is what happend to me, then when I got a new controller it worked ok. This might not work with you though if your swap magic disks are faulty or something. Sorry if it dont work.

How is the condition of the swap magic discs? Have you tried cleaning it?

Maybe its time for a laser cleaning.

Just bought them.....and they didn't work...They are slightly scratched, and the down side of it all is....they work in my friends ps2 and not mine.... :( His is slim....mine is phat.

I have had this problem only when i try to enter action replay max codes into my game. I have had this version of swap magic working on both slim and fat ps2. Maybe your laser does need a clean

I cleaned the lens and tried them, still the same issue. It plays all other discs fine. Could the discs be faulty, and work on the newer ps2 since they would have a stronger/better laser to read the faulty disc?

mine wouldn't work right when i ran my ps2 video cables into a recieved then to the tv using the s-video ps2 cables. when i plugged the straight into the tv using the red, white, yellow (composite cables) it works fine. just a suggestion

I have swap magic discs and i have used them on both ps2's slim and fat. The only disc that ever gave me a problem was the cd version 1.
As you know cd discs are the hardest discs to load on a ps2. I still dont understand why if all your other games load why your swap magic wont. Maybe they are faulty

Another thought was for your swap magic discs. Did you make sure they are pal discs if you are from europe that is or usa if you are from america. That would be another reason they would not load.
