Now, do these songs become "yours," or do they expire when you don't pay the bill?

There are plenty of options out there other than Lime Wire. Ask around and do a little research.

hey guys i havent been on in awhile.i was just reading some old news
and came across this one.ive had people tell me they have paid as
much as 36.00$us to download limewire, and they think this covers them
for unlimited downloads of music.limewire needs to do a better job
telling consumers that, the money is for ????? and it doesnt protect
them from file sharing and copyright laws.
