laptop start up problems..!

everytime i try start my laptop its takes nearly 15min's to start, and even then the programmes wont work properly. i was using my laptop earlier and was working fine but now when it does finaly start up its so slow. just looking for any suggestions.

Go a registry scan too. That causes your computer to slow down too.
