well i'm new to this and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could obtain such a tool to convert emulator .exe files to .dol? or what would be better is if someone could point me to a site where i can download emulators that have already been converted to .dol format?

now also if someone mentions the conversion tool then also could you tell me which emulators would be best to convert?
