DVD Video Files Reallocation Failed Error Message

Hi
I am trying to backup 'Perfect Stranger' and have had a few error messages come up.
1. Invalid DVD Navigation structure
So I read through the forum and found a suggestion of using DVDFab and followed instructions using DVDFab then DVDShrink should work fine. Which it did and just before it asked for disk to be inserted it came up with this error:

Failed to realloc DVD video files
Can somebody please help me. How do I back up my dvd???

Try processing your files (the VIDEO_TS folder created by DVDFab HD Decryper) with FixVTS before importing into DVD Shrink.

Sorry I am only a newbie at backuping please excuse how I explain myself. After using DVDFab I am able to open the file in DVD Shrink, I press backup and it is about 99-100% complete in the copying/shrink?? phase not actually burning to the DVD-RW it then comes up with this error and doesn't allow me to insert my disk to write to disk.
Sorry I hope I have explained myself making some type of sense.

if you do what LOCO said that should fix your problem...again, run the ripped folder(from DVDFab HD) through FixVTS before using shrink.

The reason the process is failing is because the files leftover after ripping with DVDFab aren't complaint...they are basically full of holes. FixVTS will repair the structure of your video files making them DVD complaint and allow DVD Shrink to do it's job properly. Use the guide posted by 300bowler and all should be well.

OK, I used FixVTS and thankyou 300bowler for the great guide. Unfortunately I went through the whole process and it still came up with this error. DVD-Video files reallocation failed.
Please help!!!!

hmmm...what is your usual method(programs) you use?
one thing you can try is using VOBblanker instead of FixVts...that might help.
basically all you have to do is process it meaning
1.in the INPUT window(top Left) hit BROWSE and select the ripped folder from DVDFab HD
2.Create an OUTPUT folder on your HDD, then hit BROWSE and select the folder you created.
3.Then make sure under the ACTION Slot everything says PROCESS(if one doesn't just highlight it then press PROC. ALL button to the right)
4.Then hit the PROCESS button at the very bottom and wait.
then open shrink and choose the folder you created and see if that helps.

I also get this message
Burning did not complete successfully, however all output files were successfully encoded and they are reading for burning with appropriate DVD burning software.
Can I use Nero, I have tried looking through Nero but can't work out how to do it. As DVDShrink usually does everything automatically.

Still didn't work.
Thankyou 300bowler, I used VOBblanker it found no errors and then I used shrink, but still came up with the same error.
Programs I usually use are DVDShrink and Nero.

Are you using the most recent version of DVDFab HD Decrypter?

If DVD Shrink successfully created a new compressed VIDEO_TS folder you can open it in Imgburn (free) via build mode and burn it to disc using that....

...but then you say this. Is DVD Shrink choking or not...or is the failure during the burning process? Try burning the movie with Imgburn and copy/paste the log here in this thread.

I am having the same problem (DVD Video Files Reallocation Failed Error Message) and i went through and did eveything that has been posted and nothing has worked. can i please get some new ideas?
