Video capturing for Windows ME

Hey there.

Im looking for a video capturing device that would allow me to rip VHS tape to my computer. I have a Windows ME and unfortunately most software/hardware I find in stores nowdays are made for Windows 2000,XP and Vista (yeah, I know its time for an upgrade)

I dont really wanna install a video card, I'd rather have one of those external devices which with cables, A/V outlets, etc. Does anybody know of any out there that I can use?
