Hello I am new to this site but i have managed to sort out my psp today just need some more help. Is there any way i can play downloaded and backup games on the ps2 without any hardware change, is there a boot disc i can use, please i don't know much about this I have had my ps2 for ages and been buying games tooo long, please someone help i have the old sytle bulky ps2, many thanks to you all

i have got swap disc downloads and the instructions tell me i have to break the tray on my psp is that what i do or do i just boot up with the discs, plus what is the diffrence between swap disc cd and dvd?

What do you mean you got Swap Disc downloads? You need to buy Swap Magic, from retailers, why? Well because if you download swap magic, you will need either a mod chip or another swap disc to boot the downloaded one.

Anyway the difference between the CD and DVD is, if I am I correct, the DVD boots PS2 games, whereas the CD boots PSX (PSone) games.

Oh and you don't have to break your tray off, you havee to detach the front part where the logo is located, but dont worry it comes off, and is fully reatachble.
