anyone help me find a tool that will allow me to convert emulator executables to .dol format?

i'm new to this whole thing of doing emulation on the wii and right now i cannot currently find a tool that will allow me to convert the emulator exe files to .dol files to use on the wii. i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of where to find such a thing? or if possible maybe someone could link me to a site that has the emulators converted? reason for that is cause i have no idea how hard it will be to use a tool and manually convert a emulators exe file to .dol. either the tool or website will be fine....only thing about the website is that i request that the .dols contained within the site actually be usable as i know some can be rather tricky to get working unless you do the conversion yourself.

anyways thanks to any and all who may provide me with either the conversion tool or a website with already converted emulator exe files.
