Weird DVD playback problem

I have a copy of a movie which plays perfectly in my DVD player. Audio and Video excellent.
But when my daughter tries to play it in any of her 3 dvd players, there is no sound.
Yet the DVD player in her bedroom is exactly the same make and model as mine.
But there is no sound with the disc in her loungeroom dvd player either, or even my grandson's PS2.
Can anybody explain this please, and if there is anything i can do about it.

(I have tried changing the audio settings in her dvd player, but that doesnt work either)
