How to use Nokia DBox 2 with HD as a NAS box?

Hi Guys,

I have a nokia db2 - working fine doing all the normal TV stuff.

What ive been thinking is getting the IDE interface kit, and adding a hard drive. Then, connecting via a wi-fi repeater (which has an rj45 on too), connect to my wireless network, so the db2 can be accessed by any machine on the network.

Ideally, then use the DB2 hard drive as a remote media server / storage for any other machine on the network.

Few questions:

1. How do I connect the db2 to the network, so it'll show up as a remote drive / permanent short cut etc?
2. Whats the biggest HD a db2 can take?
3. can someone confirm the url for the IDE interface kits please.
4. Being linux, will windows based PC's be able to access files (movies / audio / pics ) stored on it?
5. I'm also looking to set up HD recording locally on the Db2 - using a partition (possibly). Does this sound the best way?


Any help much apreciated - this could be really cool!
