I'll be getting a new ps2 soon, and this time I don't wanna go the mod-chip way.
Just want to know what kind of swap style is the most easiest and best. I researched and there's :

1.Swap Tool Pro
2.Magic Keys 1 / Magic Keys 3
3.Slide Card Pro
4.Slide Tool
5.Slim Tool

I will be buying the slim ps2 ofcourse, with most probably the SWAP MAGIC 3.6 *CODER* pack.

Which one of these swap system should I purchase along with it? I just want ease with safe functionality, with safe functionality being the higher priority over ease.

ALSO, equally important - I need a place to first, order this stuff from a reliable site with WORLDWIDE Shipping. I live in India, so getting these things are hard as they are not around in Ebay or Amazon.

Thanks for anything.

I would recommend magic keys, because you don't have to void your warranty. As for where to buy, with worldwide shipping, I would say divineo.

Swap Magic Is The Muts Nuts..

I Have Never had any problems with backed up DVD's. Cd's are a bit tricky and less reliable, though I hardly use them as most media is now DVD.

I Always Use Verbatim advanced Azo DVD-R For my backups, which are created using DVD Decrypter in iso write mode at a fixed speed of 4X as Auto speed tends to be irratic and can cause bad reads/writes.

I had originally bought Swap Magic & flip top lid, this did envolve taking my ps2 apart to fit the new case with flip top. Unfortunately the hinges on the lid are a bit flimsy and snap off after some usage if you are not very carefull, this method was used for my young son as the slider method, though very good, takes a little knack to find the release hook.

On My second ps2 I just used the swap tool/slider which I have found now to be the best method. One can be made easilly from a piece of flexible plastic, an old store or credit card.

I Currently have around 100 excellent ps2 backups and they keep comming. It's A real ..Blockbuster...

Only thing is I am not sure where to redirect you to find a swap magic site.

I searched Diveno, and even there they don't have swap magic for sale anymore.

^Find me one Swap Tool 3.6/3.8 with swap tool (for slimline) and worldwide shipping deal on ebay.

Also, Divineo.cn has the products I need, but they don't accept credit cards, which is the only option I have to shop online (I am a verified Paypal member).

Hopefully there are more options...

I don't know much of any other websites right now that ship worldwide. This may be the best chance you got at the moment.
