what do you mean by this? im a newbie and my console is modded and im afraid to get banned from Live so i dont even connect my ethernet cable to my router. What are these stealth games i hear that can make your console(?) undetectable? please help and educate me.

stealth just meands that the back up you made is a proper copy and has all the needed files. Most programs these days that are used to back up 360 games do this automatically, and they also have a check feature where you can check ISO files or already backed up discs to see if they are stealth.
Usually it comes down to having the correct video partition, the PMI,DFI and security sectors on the back up.
