Swap magic 3.8 Coder problems

Ok so I bought Swap Magic 3.8 and the swap tools or whatever for my slim ps2. I installed the swap tools and burn an ps2 iso to a dvd-r with dvddecrypter on 1x and popped it in. When swapping to the burned dvd i hear it start to spin but then stop. I tested it with the real copy and it spins and keeps spinning. So I have no clue what im doing wrong. Can anyone help?

You said the original was spinning, but did it load? The tools are probably not inserted correctly.

When I put in the original and boot it it comes up with the menu on the ps2 to select your memory card or the disk. with the burned copy it just says "please insert a playstation or playstation 2 format disk"

do you get the red screen of failure after u load up swap magic and place your backup in?

All i get when i put my backup in is a screen that pops up with red animated objects and says "Please insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 format disk" im going to try reinstalling the swap tools maybe i did it wrong.

you need to use the swap magic dvd disc first then after it loads up swap the swap magic dvd disc out with that of your dvd backup game. your tools will only allow you to open the door with out reseting the system.

....I know lol. It doesnt work. It just brings me to that screen that says insert playstation disk.

check you media, then check the forms to see if the games that you are trying to backup need to be rebuilt
