Yay my first post lol.

I stopped playing console games of any kind back in 2001 and just ignored them from then on but recently the pc game market has become stagnant, boring and drm laden so I decided to pick up a ps2 from a friend and I started collecting all the armored core games for ps2. So far I've got the first two AC2 games and AC3 but I am bugged by the emblem editor in the game AC2. This editor just sucks lol it would be better if I could somehow import a custom image from my pc into the ps2 memory card or whatever and use that instead.

I bought one of those codebreakers latest version 10.1 and it's great actually works correctly unlike that crappy gameshark2 I recently wasted money on. Both the codebreaker and the gameshark have memory managers that can copy files from a usb drive but this is where it gets annoying. Gameshark2 v5 can't copy a file from the ps2 memory card only to it and the codebreaker will go both ways but uses it's own .cbs file format which is annoying.

I tried a program called save builder which can read the .cbs file but when I extract the emblem file it's an ico file and I can't get it to open in some ico file editors.

Is there any way to edit a saved AC2 emblem file and insert a custom image into it?
