I've tried pressing eject and insert Swapmagic, pushing X, inserting the original PS2 disc but it still dosen't work

P.S. I use the Slimline PS2.

same problem, and i can't clean my action replay, coz my Action Replay Max 10 is on my Hard Drive. So i put SwapMagic Coder on my Hard Drive aswell, but any time i try to load a game, it just says 'No Data'
