Swap Magic won't load! help please

When i insert my swap magic 3.6 ntsc( usa ) disc's it boots, shows the playstation 2 icon, then i get a brief flash of the swap magic display for maybe 1 seconds then it just goes black. My tv doesn't recognize a video source is even being sent to it.

tried both the cd and dvd with the same results.

there is a working controller plugged in. i'm using a playstation version 5/6.

any suggestions?

check your connections to your tv other than that im lost with the issue your havin cause ive only used swap magic ??(dvd disc is blue) and 3.8
