ACM failed to suggest audio decompression format

I have just tried to convert an Xvid film through AudioDub but this message appears,
ACM failed to suggest audio decompression format. I set the Video to Direct stream copy, then the Audio to Full processing mode then set the compression to No compression [PCM]>, before I formated my hard drive I had no problems with this procedure now it wont work, can anybody help.
