I just got the 8164B drive today and I used Rawdump 2.0 to start dumping for back up but I got the following message.
Please help. If it doesn't work then I should return the drive.
Quote: See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
just do what this guy did, it worked for me. thanks for the tip Jeff:)

1) you could possibly use 0.4 version of rawdump this will eliminate the error
or
2) go into device manager and click on IDE ATA then right click on primary IDE channel and select advanced setting , from there set your transer mode to " PIO only "
this worked like a charm for me hope this helps others
