winrar is always a good start when you have rar files (but you should already know this since you searched before asking :-).

please help

when i clik on wkcfg_min.us winRar file which i download from wiikey official , it will extrac to 3 files
here they are mfe-fs.bz2, boot.catalog, bootdr.dol, my question how to convert it to image.iso in order to burn with
nero that i want to make a setup disc for my wiikey

When i open it with winrar, i see a wkcfg_min.us.iso

Sounds like you extracted the iso, just drag it to your desktop. Its also possible that you already have the iso (it will have the winrar icon).

Now I want to know what is the real size of the wiikey setup disc .It is weird with my two PC , both has created different size of file after clik at Bootable Disc.us file ,One pc show 4 589 824 kb and another one show only 7168 Ko ,then which one is a good file .

the one i had was somewhere around 1.4 gigs i think.

Now everything work find , but I still have one more question ,Do any one Know how to config Nero burning speed to 1X 0r 2X ect... my Nero has minimum burning speed at 6X which is not recommended to run with WII

Not sure about Nero, but its possible that your discs or burner won't burn any slower than 6x. You could try dvd decrypter.
