DAOWNGRADED FROM 3.50 TO 1.50 BUT WHEN I TURN THE PSP ON I CAN HEAR EVERYTHNG BUT I CANT SEE THE XMB BUT WEN MY GAMES STAR I CAN PLAY IT

Press the brightness button on the PSP. It's kind of oval shaped next to the select and start buttons.
