Hello

I have a jap Wii (FW 3.0J) that I lent to a friend of mine. When getting it back I realized that the WiiConnect24 was turned off and that the data for the news, forecast and voting channels were all erased. My friend claims he did not touch any bad things and that he didn't do any updates.

Any clues? Everything else is there - channels, games, entries in the calender...

Hehe, yeah, you might be right, but if he really did do something with it, how ws he able to erase only those things? If you reset the wii in the settings menu, all data will be lost, including ll the channels and so on, right?

What about a bad battery? The unit had its power cut off for a long time...
