WiiBrickBlocker and WiigionFree

I'm a little confused about WiiBrickBlocker and WiigionFree.

I understand WiiBrickBlocker removes the ability for the game disc to update your system and WiigionFree makes the game disc work with any region system.

I guess what I don't understand is if I use WiiBrickBlocker, do I need to use WiigionFree?

If I don't use WiigionFree, will PAL games run on an NTSC system?

I would assume that if I use WiigionFree I would still need to use WiiBrickBlocker on any out-of-region games to prevent any updates from running correct?

Just trying to get everything clarified, so I don't muck something up.

You would always use WiiBrickBlocker in case anything happens to remove the update. If your game is not the same region, you need to check the Wii Region compatibility list. Let's say your game was a Pal game and your Wii was Ntsc. Just scroll down to PAL to NTSC-U (USA) and see if your game works. If it does, then you apply Wiigion Free or turn on Region Override for your Wiikey. If it doesn't, there is no point in trying to patch the region because it wouldn't work anyways.
