Digimon World 4- Screen Jumping w/HD Loader

I installed Digimon World 4 onto my HD and attempted to load it up using HD Loader 0.8b and I can see the game running but the screen is mostly in black and white and there is this oh-so interesting scrolling effect happening to the screen.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how can this be fixed? Or, does anyone have a suggestion for a certain mode that needs to be enabled that might fix this?
If anyone knows a page where all of the HD Loader 'modes' are documented and explained, a link would be much appreciated also.

It's ptobably because your copy of Digimon World 4 is PAL and your TV is NTSC. Or vice versa.

Thanks for the suggestion!! So that's what that evil PAL does! I patched the .iso using 'PS2 PAL TO NTSC PATCHER WITH Y-FIX V1.06 BETA' and also enabled mode 3 and now everything is working just dandy.
