Problem encoding video file in TMPGEnc, ripped with SM and got a .m2v

I'm on the final stage of learning this crazy task and TMPGEnc says it can't create the file or whatever. I ripped the movie with smart ripper and Demuxed to a file. The movie file had a .m2v type. I believe i need a .d2v type. Does anyone know what I did wrong?
