DVD Shrink/DVD Decryptor

Home someone can help me. I was trying to make a back of a documentary. Using DVD Shrink I received a message that stated DVD Shrink encountered a problem navigation structure invalid. I then used DVD Decryptor saved it on my hard drive I then tried to open it with DVD Shrink and it is still giving me the same error message. It is on my hard drive I just don't know what to do??? I can click re-author icon on dvd and then get the file that way but I have no clue as to how to do this. Any help is appreciated.
