What are the best Wii games from Asia/PAL games?

I'm taking a two week trip to Taiwan and Thailand starting Friday, and since I just got a NTSC Wii and modded it with a Wiikey, I realize I have a great opportunity to get some kick-ass games I can't get in the states. Only problem is I don't know what to get! So a few questions:

1) What are the best/most popular games people like from Asia...brief description of the games would help! Obviously not ones I can get in the states...
2) How much should these Asian/PAL Wii games cost if they are legitimate?
3) If I do get Back-up copies of Wii games, will they play on my modded Wii or will my modded Wii only play legitimate PAL games? Or do I have to burn them and attach a Brickblocker first before I can play Back-up Wii PAL games?
