I'm trying to convert the save file ID on FFVII but I have no idea how to use this program, nor even set it up. I'm aware you need aditional files to use this program, but where do you get them from? Has anyone used this succesfully?

I suggest using Simple Popstation Gui, it's a much easier program to use and supports just as many features:

The process for changing the save ID is also much easier. Just open up your EBOOT.PBP inside of SPG and click on Change Game Name and Game Id..., then change it, then click on GO... and it'll patch the EBOOT.PBP for you.

(If you are trying to make the EBOOT.PBP from an .iso or similar file, it will also work much better.)

Edit: Hmm, it says I need 3.03 OE-A to use it, will it not work on 3.52 M33-4?

It'll work fine, it just says that because 3.03 OE-A was the latest when the program was released.
