Homebrew not working on my M33 3.51 whats wrong?

Yesterday I decided to finally upgrade my PSP from 1.50 to M33 3.51
But now none of my homebrew seams to be working.

What do I do?
Did something go wrong when I upgraded? Did not feel like it...

Please help me!

ya if you meen games like roms or emulators try putting them in the game 150 folder
