IS MY PSP DOWNGRADABLE?

THE OTHER DAY I BROUGHT A PSP. MY VERY FIRST ONE. IT HAS A TA-082 MOTHERBOARD. I KNOW THIS AS I HAVE CHECKED INSIDE THE UMD DRIVE AND HAVE SEEN THE CHARACTERS 'IC1003' ON THE RIGHT HAND CORNER. I CANNOT REMEMBER WHAT SYSTEM SOFTWARE VERSION I STARTED WITH WHEN I BROUGHT IT BUT I HAVE ONLY UPGRADED ONCE IN THE THREE DAYS I HAVE HAD THIS PSP. I AM CURRENTLY AT VERSION 2.82. I ALSO HAVE A COPY OF GRAND THEFT AUTO LIBERTY CITY STORIES. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS A PATCHED OR UNPATCHED VERSION.

I AM UNSURE WHETHER OR NOT MY PSP IS DOWNGRADABLE BECAUSE OF THE TA-082 MOBO. I HAVE SEARCHED VARIOUS WEBSITES TO FIND OUT. SOME HAVE SAID YES WHILE OTHERS HAVE SAID NO. SO I AM COMPLETELY UNCERTAIN ON WHO TO BELIEVE. WHAT I WOULD LIKE IS FOR SOMEONE HERE TO SIMPLY GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER ON WHETHER MY PSP IS SAFE TO DOWNGRADE. IF YOU CANNOT OR ARE UNSURE COULD YOU PLEASE DIRECT ME TO A TRUSTED SITE WHERE I CAN GET A FACTUAL ANSWER FROM AN EXPERT OR SOMEONE WHO IS ACTUALLY INVOLVED WITH CREATING THESE MODS.

yes you need to use the pandora battery mod but it requires on psp thats modded with custom firmware or 1.50

Seems like u can downgrade from a unpatch GTA LCS or unpatch Lumines. Or through the Pandora Battery, which converts a regular battery to downgrade/unbrick, but you have to convert it on a homebrewable psp. Also it doesn't work as a battery when converted unless converted back on a homebrewable PSP.
