The error message are as follows:
1.There is not enough disk space.
2. the NTFS system can only support 4GB.

What type of rar files are they exactly, and how much space do you have on your hard drive.

I should have asked for your total size disk also, windows needs a certain percentage of your drive for extracting, defragmenting etc.

It could very well be it does require more space, all I can say is try to lighten up your disk space if you can and see what happens.
Lower the percentage of space on your recycle bin even. Just right click it, select properties and change it to say 3%.

See if that helps or not. Also if its xp and you are not going to use system restore, you can clean that up too.
Just go to your disk cleanup on C:/ if thats the drive letter you use/then click more options, and system restore clean up.

I am sure its a windows os problem.

Thanks for youe suggestion, It didnot work
But I would like to tell you that I have resolved the issue now.

As the issue was with the hard disk filing system. I converted the FAT32 to NTFS. NTFS supports more then 4GB thats why its woring now and letting me proccess the rar files to make them ono one file.

Thanks

Ok thats good you got it worked out. I was wondering if you had a FAT32 system, just assumed it was NTFS.
