what is that best program to use when I want to used sound from one video and merge it to another video. Thank in advanced.

AVI-Mux is good with AVI files.
Extract the required audio from file one.
Save file two without sound, then combine the video and audio into a new file.

There is a GUI available which makes it easier.

VirtualDubMod can also extract and combine audio.
