ive buurned a lot of xbox games and ive had to toss a lot of dvd-dl's in the garbage because in the middle of playing a game it says the disc is unreadable. it happens very often. i burn with img burn.

It has happened to me before too. The problem with me wasn't that I burned it incorrectly or anything but that my DVD-Drive was dying and needed to get replaced. Once I did that all was well....so far.

the dvd drive in the xbox. or the dvd burner. because my xbox is new.

Prolly heard this question before but what kind of media are you burning your games to? If it is anything but verbatim I would say thats most likley your problem. I'm not an expert myself. But have experimented with a few different brands that supposed to be ok but still had problems. NEVER any problems with verbatims. Every other media i get dirty disc error or unreadable disc

I meant dvd-drive as in the xbox360 dvd drive. I had to replace mines even though I had the xbox360 for only three months.
