ok. i was reading all night how to get file transfrer from pc to ps3. and i got info and was do as stated. so i download this red kawa (file server, ps3 media center X) and installed it. some how it won't give a good ip address. it give me this funcky ip which the ps3 wont have enough room to type it all it.

can someone tell me what i need to do.. i got my ps3 to work with WMA11 wich is allow me to look in my computer for picture video and music. that all i got it to work.
i want my ps3 to work like that one person on youtube which his ps3 can search every driver like( C:, E: etc) in his PC.
any link or step by step to configuration the ps3 and pc to work that's would be very helpful
one more question. can somehow we can brow ps3 HD for individual folder just like xbox? if so we don't have to use swap swich mod we can just extract ps2 or ps3 game and dump it in the game folder. im sure there is a game folder in side of ps3 HD. because when we download demo game its saved it in the the ps2 or ps3 game without the disc ( just the idea its may help)

Try uninstalling red kawa file server and insalling red kawa media server. It's really not a media server and you will have the same functionality of red kawa file server
