M33 UPDATE for multi PSP

I noticed when installing the M33 CFW, you have to run the M33 CREATOR which it makes another file M33 UPDATER, which should be run afterward, so if i created the M33 UPDATER during the installation of a PSP, is it ok to use the same UPDATER (e.g. not formating the memstick and using the same files) to install the M33 on another PSP ?!
