hi, I've just encountered a problem with my psp. It's current version is 3.52 CF - by M33.

I just stuck a game on it - cso file - naruto ultimate ninja.

Was working to start off with, but after, it froze one time while loading the game, and so i held the power switch to shut it down, and turn it on again. But now, it no longer works! It only loads onto a blank screen.

Internet browser and other programs still work.

I've tried deleting the game and reloading a new copy onto it - thinking that maybe the file had been damaged. But still no good.

Any idea's to why? and how to fix it?

i suggest you change your FW to a 3.40oe-a

i have not had any problems with this FW.

after you change you FW you can just plase your .iso or .cso into the ISO folder in your psp MS.

life is much better if you do that.

3.40oe-a is nice. But its nowhere near m33-4 features wise. No reason to go back to 3.40oe-a. He's just saying that cause he wants other people to stick with DAX. Nothing going to change back down there. If all else fails, Throw the recovery in GAME and run that eboot **** in the recovery to flash back down to 1.50 then to 3.52 m33-2.. go to 4 if you like. Format memory stick and rethrow naruto in their since you've already got it to work before. I have naruto on my 3.52 m33-4 psp right now. Advanced config. should already have all 3 disabled. Kernel should already be at 1.50 which is good to stay at. I suggests staying at Sonys np9660 and everything should work good.

sicdude & DEVINRL i love you!!! lol, after reading ghost686's adivce, and having a sniff around the forum, i decided to downgrade to 3.40oe-a but it didnt fix the problem. Changing the advance option thing did! man much love to this forum.

Hmm do you guys recon i should stick to 3.40oe-a for now? or back up to 3.52m33.. A lot of people say 3.40 is more stable... but not too sure for the moment
