Trouble backing up Donnie Brasco

I'm trying to backup my Donnie Brasco DVD. Once completed, the movie plays fine except for the dialogue between the characters.

I mean, the video plays and also the music but none of the dialogue can be heard!

I've used DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter and RipIt4Me to make it into an MP4 for my iPod.

I've tried my Copy and also my sister's copy, giving the same results.

P.S. The extras, like previews, directors cut, etc...are playing just fine

I did it with DvdFab HD Decrypter and Shrink pays perfect.

None of those programs will turn things into an .mp4 that I know of.
That there could be part of the problem.
Could you please explain the steps you took?

DvdFab Platinum will convert it into mp4 for you. Good tool to have for backing up movies too.

I have used DVD Decrypter to decrypt and then Videora to convert the BOB to MP4.

I have also tried DVD Shrink and played the VOB files and they both give me the same resultd:

The movie plays great, with the music, but the dialogues between characters cannot be heard.

In DVD Decrypter, I select one Video File and 1 Audio File, usually a 6 channels.
