DBOX1 Noob help from scratch

I have just received a DBOX1 today. Normaly a friend of mine does everything for me but he has moved to Spain for a few months. I would like some help with this. Its a Nokia box in debug mode currently. Could someone help please. I have done some extensive searching and found loads of stuff but don't know where to start.

If you got a real dbox1 with 3 scart sockets there is no debug mode.
Precondition for a dbox1 is a amon cam and a funcard with dbox1 files.

It does have a card slot. Where would i get a amon cam and fun card?
