hitachi drive not detected

After 2 days of trying of trying to flash my Hitachi 79, I realized that I need help. I got the Hitachi drive in B mode with no problem. It's letter K and I can eject it from Windows. But when I try to flash with the firmware: (FLASH23S X ####) I get an error saying the drive is detected. I've tried relocating the files to C: I've tried to do it in Safe Mood. I've tried ejecting the Hitachi drive. Could someone help me. I use the SLAX method with no problems. I just can't get past that step.

make sure the file path is not too long or it will get an error when trying to flash, it will say something like not recognized or unrecognised drive.
do you use the command prompt here tool when flashing?

The CommandHere isn't necessary for Vista. You just shift-right click the folder and it's there.
The file path is C:Maximus.....\X-LG
